Conservation treatments on individual works are conducted either from the studio or on site if required.

I undertake work outside Auckland and have worked on projects for public art galleries and small private museums ranging from the central North Island to the lower South Island.

I offer:

  • Professional conservation of oil, acrylic and mixed media paintings on canvas, panel and board
  • Conservation of historic frames that accompany paintings
  • Collection condition surveys
  • Preventative conservation advice
  • Advice for display and storage
  • Continued preventative care and monitoring of collections 
  • Lectures on conservation and the materials and techniques used by modern New Zealand artists
